Our script gives each browser a random ID and notes the pages it visits.

When a visitor can be matched to a person, using our identity network or your own forms, logins and orders, we show who they are.

How sure we are
Each match shows how sure we are. We would rather show fewer matches than wrong ones.
What we collect and how we keep it.
## What we collect Pages visited, time on site, where the visit came from, device type, and for identified visitors: name, business or personal email, phone and company where available. We never collect passwords or card numbers, and form fields are hidden in recordings.
## Consent Every plan includes a ready consent banner. You choose whether tracking starts before or after consent, to match the law where your visitors are.
## Your rights and your visitors' rights Anyone can ask us to stop identifying them on the opt-out page. Customers can export or delete their data at any time.
## How long we keep data Recordings are kept for 30 or 90 days by plan. Contacts are kept until you delete them.
## We never sell your data Each customer's data is kept apart from every other customer's.
